We draft floor plans of your custom home according to your specifications. We’ll determine how to setup your home based on your lot survey, then move on to the second floor plan and elevations.

We will then move on to the second floor plan and then elevations after that. Plan to spend some time designing your custom home because it’s the basis for everything that comes next.
Step Four: Permitting
We ensure your construction documents are completed, then signed and sealed by a structural engineer. We submit them to the municipality for final approval, and answer any questions you have along the way. In short, we build every home on a foundation of integrity.
Step Five: Finishing Touches
It’s time to beautify your home with the textures, colors, patterns, and finishes that will make it your own. We remove the overwhelm with strategic planning of the selection process. You can give every choice its due time and attention. No more drowning in decisions.
