Our initial consult determines the build options available for your budget, timeline, and vision. We will also discuss the timeframe you can expect it will take to design and build your custom home.
Step Two: Design
Approximately 3 to 6 Months Total Design Time
We draft floor plans and elevations of your custom home according to your specifications. We’ll determine how to setup your home based on your lot survey. Then we move on to the more detailed construction documents. If you already have a design drawn up, we are more than happy to move straight into the engineering step and get your dream home started!

Step Three: Engineering
Approximately 4 Weeks
Total Engineering Time
A structural engineer reviews and then signs and seals your plans.
Happens Simultaneously with Engineering
We meet to discuss all of the finishes and specifications that will make your house a home.
Step Five: Pricing
Happens Simultaneously with Permitting
We price out your custom home.
Step Six: Permitting
Approximately 6 to 8 Weeks
We submit your engineered plans to the municipality for final approval.
Step Seven: Ground Breaking
Immediately After Receiving Permits
