Elisa LaBram Verch
The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree they say. And Elisa is no exception. Since early on, Elisa knew she would be involved in real estate. Watching her father build homes and being exposed to the home building process since a child, has created a lifelong passion for designing floor plans, and as she says, “putting the puzzle together“. This all started at the ripe age of 10. After graduating from Florida State University with a BS in Interior Design, Elisa moved to Atlanta where she worked for several commercial design firms on everything from retail build-outs, pharmaceutical clean rooms to high-end condominiums. In 2003, she decided it was time to move back home and join her father in the family business.
Today Elisa works hand in hand with every LaBram Homes customer to help them make their vision a reality. Elisa is married to Joshua Verch and they have two small children, Ethan and Addison. When not working you can catch Elisa designing floor plans (I’m not joking) enjoying her two small children, and planning her next vacation. Her love of travel is only exceeded by her love of design.
VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES
Originally from North Carolina, Joshua moved to Florida while still in high school and has been here ever since. After graduating from the University of Florida, he went to work in sales and account management for 11 years. After the birth of his second child with Elisa, they both decided he could put his sales and marketing skills to better use at LaBram Homes. He can now officially call Elisa his “boss”. Joshua engages all potential clients to determine whether or not there is a good fit between our company and what the future homeowner is trying to achieve.
In addition to working with clients, Joshua also focuses his time on special projects, so LaBram Homes can continually deliver the best customer service to our clients. When not working Joshua enjoys spending time with his two small children, playing the guitar, watching movies and reading.
CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
A Michigan native, Dale grew up outside of Detroit in the suburb of Clawson. After attending Oakland University Dale, started to refine his skills as a carpenter working for various subcontractors in the residential and commercial building markets. After moving and living in Colorado for several years, Dale and his family decided to move to Brandon, FL to be closer to family and defrost. It was here that LaBram Homes was born in 1986. Since then LaBram Homes has built over 150 homes in the Tampa Bay area and has evolved into one of the most trusted high-end custom home builders in the area.
Dale has two beautiful daughters, Elisa and Sarah, who both followed in his footsteps and work in real estate. Elisa serves as his business partner, while Sarah works for a high-end real estate agency in Denver, CO. When he’s not at the office, you can catch him enjoying many different activities. These include his four grandchildren, taking in sunsets on Treasure Island and St Pete Beach, playing tennis weekly and traveling throughout the country and abroad.
Ana Lisa Cote
Ana Lisa joined the LaBram Homes team in 2012 to manage our accounting. Her responsibilities have grown to supporting the construction process from start to finish. This includes subcontractor bid management and project pricing coordination on top of her accounting and payroll responsibilities. Ana Lisa’s previous experience working for a large Electrical contractor makes her an invaluable resource for efficiently communicating with the dozens of subcontractors we coordinate with on every home we build.
Originally from the midwest, Brandon’s work ethic and knowledge of construction made him a great fit for the LaBram Homes team. Brandon has worked in both residential and commercial construction during his 25 year career. It was in high school that Brandon developed a love for woodworking and the art of construction. Brandon continued to develop his skill set and love for carpentry and construction in the home building industry before making the change to the commercial construction industry in early 2003. Moving to Florida in 2016 opened up a new opportunity for Brandon to utilize his skills once again in the booming residential home building industry in Florida.
Brandon and his family have embraced the lifestyle that Florida so graciously offers. The beach and Disney World are two of the weekend activities that Brandon and his family love to visit. He is a great lover of all kinds of music and St. Louis Cardinal baseball. You can take the guy out of the Midwest, but you can’t take the Midwest out of the guy.
