LaBram builds custom homes in St Petersburg, Southern Pinellas Beaches, South Tampa and North Manatee County. Neighborhoods include Snell Isle, Old Northeast, Venetian Isles, Crescent Lake, St Pete Beach, Treasure Island, Hyde Park, Davis Islands, SOHO, Palma Ceia, Virginia Park and Terra Ceia.
We work with clients who pay with cash, get financing from our partner lender, find an outside lender or choose a combination of options. If you choose to finance with our lender, you’ll have the benefit of a [Construction-to-Permanent Loan], which starts as a construction loan, and becomes your mortgage loan after construction is complete.
Our clients’ budgets typically range from $600K to over $2 million.
There’s no need to stress over the permitting process. We’ll take care of it. We make sure your custom home plans are completed, signed, sealed, submitted, and delivered to the municipality where you build. We then follow up with the Building Department regularly to make sure your plans get approved as quickly as possible.[The permits you need depend on the location of your lot.]
If you choose to build a LaBram custom home, every square foot of every room is built, designed, and finished according to your tastes, and your specifications.
And you don’t have to pay extra for an expert: interior design services are complimentary. Our expert works with you on your design selections throughout the construction process, so you’re not bogged down with choices all at once. You’re presented with options for each room, and your favorites will be realized in your new home.

No. While we can work from architects’ drawings, there is no need to incur the additional expense. We can craft and refine your floor plan in-house. In fact, an initial LaBram floor plan is complimentary for qualified clients.
We begin the process of refining and improving your floor plan, one floor at a time. We revise and update it as much as necessary until it matches your vision.
BuilderTrend is an online portal where you access up-to-date information on the status of your home build and design. You can upload images for designers, see notices from your builders, and share your progress with family and friends.
We offer a 2-10 warranty [one-year workmanship/two-year systems/ten- year structural]. It is one of the surest ways to protect your investment in a custom home.
We’ll check in regularly for the first three months after move in and do a full walkthrough before warranties expire.
