Elisa LaBram

PRESIDENT

The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree they say. And Elisa is no exception. Since early on, Elisa knew she would be involved in real estate. Watching her father build homes and being exposed to the home building process since a child, has created a lifelong passion for designing floor plans, and as she says, “putting the puzzle together“. This all started at the ripe age of 10. After graduating from Florida State University with a BS in Interior Design, Elisa moved to Atlanta where she worked for several commercial design firms on everything from retail build-outs, pharmaceutical clean rooms to high-end condominiums. In 2004, she decided it was time to move back home and join her father in the family business.

Today Elisa works hand in hand with every LaBram Homes customer to help them make their vision a reality. Elisa is the proud mother of two young children, Ethan and Addison. When not working you can catch Elisa designing floor plans (I’m not joking) enjoying her two children, boating with her husband JD and planning her next vacation. Her love of travel is only exceeded by her love of design.

Dale LaBram

FOUNDER

A Michigan native, Dale grew up outside of Detroit in the suburb of Clawson. After attending Oakland University Dale, started to refine his skills as a carpenter working for various subcontractors in the residential and commercial building markets. After moving and living in Colorado for several years, Dale and his family decided to move to Brandon, FL to be closer to family and defrost. It was here that LaBram Homes was born in 1986. Since then LaBram Homes has built over 150 homes in the Tampa Bay area and has evolved into one of the most trusted high-end custom home builders in the area.

Dale has two beautiful daughters, Elisa and Sarah, who both followed in his footsteps and work in real estate.

Elisa serves as the President of LaBram Homes, while Sarah works for a high-end real estate agency in Denver, CO. When he’s not at the office, you can catch him enjoying many different activities. These include his four grandchildren, taking in sunsets on Treasure Island and St Pete Beach, playing tennis weekly and traveling throughout the country and abroad.

John McLaughlin

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

As a Delaware native, John grew up spending some very cold, long winters playing with Tinkertoys, Lincoln logs, and Legos. What started as a hobby, turned into a passion for building and ultimately led to various roles in the construction industry all over the country. John honed his custom finish carpentry skills in San Diego, building extravagant kitchens, detailed wine rooms, law offices, and churches.

He then moved to Annapolis where he managed a small remodeling company that focused on residential and commercial projects. John’s attention to detail and ability to build strong client relationships, then landed him an estate engineering opportunity for a prominent figure in DC. Eventually the cold winters got to him (again) and brought him to St. Pete, where he’s been managing residential development projects since 2017. During this time, John has developed strong relationships with various vendors, inspectors and trades throughout the county.

In his free time, John enjoys cruising around St. Pete in his ‘94 Wrangler (Betsy) with Sarah and his dogs Murphy and Law.

When they aren’t in St. Pete, John and Sarah are probably traveling. They recently completed a bucket list trip to Ireland. John is also a member of Ye Mystic Krewe of Neptune and enjoys all the camaraderie the group has to offer.

Craig Sloan

CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT & SERVICE MANAGER

Originally from Chicago, Craig moved to South Florida with his family to escape the cold weather in his early teenage years. He began his career in the Television / Motion Picture industry working for the largest scenic construction company in South Florida and then started his own company working on commercials, music videos, and major motion pictures. He has held various positions on thousands of projects. Craig has designed and built sets, props and special effects and was responsible for bringing the Directors vision into the spotlight with meticulous detail. A few projects Craig has worked on that you may recognize are The Bodyguard, Rock of Ages, Iron Man III, War Dog and Wolf of Wallstreet.

In 2019 Craig relocated to St Petersburg and with his ingenuity, attention to detail and high standards we welcomed him into the LHI Family as our Construction Superintendent and Service Manager. He helps with the finishing touches and wrapping up our homes and takes care of our customers throughout their warranty period.

Craig enjoys water sports, live music and is an avid cyclist. He served as president of The South Broward Wheelers Bike Club for 20 years and during that time formed Adopt a Bike a 501c3 nonprofit organization that has given away more than 5000 bicycles and helmets to underprivileged and disabled children. With a heart of gold and dedicated focus on customer service we are proud to have Craig on our team.

Ana Lisa Cote

PROJECT MANAGER

With over a decade of experience at Labram Homes since 2013, Ana Lisa Cote brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role as Project Manager. Her strong foundation in accounting and management has equipped her with the skills necessary to navigate the complexities of the construction industry.

Ana Lisa launched her career in construction by joining a prominent electrical subcontractor, where she quickly developed a passion for the field. In her current role at Labram Homes, she expertly manages all bids, change orders, and pricing, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Her proactive approach and attention to detail provide invaluable support to the construction supervisors and her colleagues whenever needed.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Ana Lisa enjoys spending time outdoors, soaking up the beauty of nature. She is also a fan of live music and loves to cook, often experimenting with new recipes to share with friends and family. Ana Lisa’s diverse interests and commitment to excellence make her an essential part of the Labram Homes team.

Kelly Wagner

SALES & MARKETING

Kelly Wagner joined the LaBram Homes team in the role of Sales and Marketing. Her expertise in business development and digital marketing, coupled with her commitment to community engagement, make her a valuable addition to LaBram Homes. Her strategic vision and practical execution have earned her a reputation for excellence in the sales and marketing industries.

In her role at LaBram Homes, Kelly implements targeted sales and marketing strategies to elevate our brand and drive growth. Her deep understanding of consumer behavior and proficiency in digital marketing ensure impactful campaigns that resonate with our audience.

Kelly’s commitment to delivering measurable results positions her as a vital contributor to our long-term objectives.
