You will meet with the LaBram team to discuss your ideas and get all of your questions answered. We will work with you to identify specifics about your future home build, including aspects such as location, style, size, rooms, budget, and timelines.

When to Schedule Your Discovery Meeting
The ideal time for you to plan a discovery meeting with LaBram is when you have a lot that is under contract, own home on a lot and plan on tearing it down, or are actively searching for a lot. At this point, you are able to start planning the house of your dreams, and here at LaBram Homes we make those dreams into reality.
Who Will You Meet?
During your discovery meeting, you will meet with LaBram Homes President, Elisa LaBram, along with another member of either our sales or construction team. Elisa works hands-on with every single LaBram customer in designing their custom home and will be a crucial part of your home building journey.
What to Expect
Discovery meetings typically take around an hour, so plan on taking at least that much time to discuss your future home. The most important things you will need to bring to a discovery meeting are your lot survey (if you own a lot), parameters, design ideas, questions, and photos or examples of things you are inspired by.
If you do not have a lot survey, that’s okay! We can assist you in getting one done. If you have a lot under contract or are actively searching for a lot, it is still a great time for you to schedule your initial meeting with us.
Many aspects of your future home will be discussed in this initial meeting, but we will make sure to cover our process with you. During the consult, we will dive deep into answering any questions you have for us. We will also be asking about your visions, desired square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms, timeframes, expectations, location, and special areas you would like such as outdoor living spaces. Come to our initial meeting ready to tell us about your vision, and we will make sure you leave the meeting feeling inspired and productive.
